We take children's online privacy with utmost seriousness. Our application architecture is designed from the ground up to comply strictly with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied to minors (GDPR-K), the Apple App Store Kids Category Guidelines, and the Google Play Families Policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We operate under a strict Zero Personal Data Collection standard. When using My Clock World, we do not request, access, collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including but not limited to:

• Names, usernames, nicknames, or birth dates
• Email addresses, phone numbers, or social profiles
• Precise or coarse physical geolocation (GPS / Wi-Fi)
• Photos, camera feed, videos, or microphone audio
• Device contacts, address books, or calendars
• Persistent advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for cross-app behavioral tracking

The App contains no social feeds, public chats, user-to-user messaging, or file upload capabilities.

3. On-Device Local Storage (Zero Server Upload)

To deliver a seamless educational journey, the App stores lightweight user preference data exclusively on the local memory of your device:

• Selected clock style (Toy Clock, Edu Clock, Analog Clock, Antique Clock, Diver Clock)
• Selected background storybook theme (My World) and master volume settings
• Challenge mode completion counts used to unlock secret timepieces
• Clock display preferences (hands visibility, colored hands, minute ring index)

This data is never uploaded, synced, or backed up to any cloud server operated by Syciot or third parties. Uninstalling or clearing app storage on your device will permanently erase this local configuration.

4. Child-Safe Advertising (Google Families Certified)

To keep My Clock World accessible while sustaining ongoing engineering, the free version of the App may serve contextual advertisements provided through Google AdMob.

We enforce the following rigorous technical restrictions in our code:

• Child-Directed Treatment: SDK initialization forces tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true and maxAdContentRating = 'G'.
• Zero Behavioral Retargeting: Personalized behavioral profiling and interest-based ad targeting are permanently deactivated. All displayed ads are strictly contextual.
• Strict Format Rules: No offerwalls, intrusive pop-ups, or deceptive ad units that interrupt learning flow.

5. Adult Parental Gate Protection

In compliance with Apple and Google family protection standards, any element that links outside the secure app environment—such as our Customer Support email, this Privacy Policy webpage, or any future store purchases—is strictly locked behind an Adult Parental Gate (an arithmetic multiplication problem that preschool and elementary children cannot easily solve).

6. Anonymous Diagnostics & Crash Reports

To maintain high application stability, the App may receive anonymous, aggregated crash stack traces and basic device performance metrics (device model, OS version) provided via Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect developer analytics. These reports contain zero personal identifiers.

7. Parental Rights Under COPPA & GDPR

Parents and legal guardians maintain complete control over their child's digital presence:

• You may inquire about our data and child privacy safeguards at any time.
• Because we collect no personal data, child accounts, or cloud records, we hold no user profiles to inspect, modify, or delete.
• If you contact our customer support via email, your correspondence email address is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is promptly deleted upon request.

Because no personal information travels over the network to external databases, your child's identity is safe from server-side security vulnerabilities, breaches, or unauthorized disclosures.
